  • What is shazé's Shipping Policy?

    We strive to deliver all our products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. If the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount if paid online.

    For accounts whose return behaviour violate our fair usage policy, a delivery charge will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.

  • Does shazé offer International shipping?

    We offer complimentary international shipping on all our products.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    All our orders come with complimentary domestic or international shipping. However, please note that shazé is not responsible for any customs fees/duties/clearance charges.

  • What is shazé’s Fair Usage Policy?

    We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. Unfortunately, it has come to our notice that a few accounts abuse our returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to collect shipping charge for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts which have a high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by the value of orders placed.

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    Once you have placed an order online, it is listed in your Orders listing. To access your Or-ders, log into your account and under ‘Orders’, look for the product item whose status you want to check. The order item status is listed so you can track its status from the time you place the order to when you receive it. Actions permitted (E.g. Cancel / Return etc.) are de-pendent upon the Order Status.

  • How can I check if shazé delivers to my PIN Code?

    You can find out if shazé delivers to your PIN Code using the delivery estimation tool available on the product detail page.

  • How are orders placed on shazé delivered to me?

    All orders placed on shazé are dispatched through a partnered courier service.

  • How can I get my order delivered faster?

    Share offers an Express Delivery option. By opting for the Express delivery, you can get the products within the same day. Currently, this service is available only on selected products and in selected cities. To qualify as a same-day delivery the order must be placed within 10:00 am. All orders placed between 10:00 am to 12:00 pm will fall under next day delivery. If your area pin code qualifies for same day delivery in the future, we shall send you an of-ficial communication.

  • I have received a partial item/partial order or a Void packet?

    Kindly reach out to us to register your pilferage claims within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, request you to please make note of the below pointers:

    Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.

    • You may be required to information’s like, a short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
    • The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (If any) (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged)

    The refund for prepaid/Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation

    You may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:

    • Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
    • Items with broken/ torn tags, barcodes, labels shall not be taken back.
    • Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any)
    • If a pilferage delivery was received, pilferage claims must be made within 24hrs.
    • You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 - 4 days’ post - delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.
    • You have used the item for which claim was raised.
