Shazé offers 6 months warranty for all the products. Terms & Conditions apply as follows:

Return and Exchange Policy for retail stores

  • Shazé offers 14 days return policy for stores.
  • Returns to have original tags and receipt or packaging slip. Original bill/ e-bill must be provided for return.
  • Products that have been used/broken/ tampered with will not be exchanged.
  • No cash will be given in exchange of the product; the customer can choose the replacement product from the products available at the store at the time of return.
  • Each defective product will be examined and evaluated by shazé. Depending on the circumstances, the product may be repaired, replaced with the same product, or substituted with a product of equal/ comparable value. For replacement, there is no guarantee that the exact same product or design will be provided.
  • If the value of the product chosen is higher than the originally purchased product the balance will have to be paid by the customer.
  • No refund will be made if the value of the product chosen is lower than the originally purchased product from the stores.
  • Sale & markdown items and accessories are non- refundable. No exchange/ return can happen on sale/ discounted products.
  • Gift card purchases are final. Gift cards are not returnable and non- refundable.
  • Gifts with purchase, free or discounted items received as promotional gifts with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in original condition.
  • If the gifts/ free products that are being returned have been used, their value will be deducted from the value of the product replaced.

Return and Exchange Policy for Online

  • Customer needs to inform within 48 hours of receiving the product for any return. Return request can be initiated by sending an email on info@shaze.in
  • Returns to have original tags and receipt or packaging slip. Original bill/ e-bill must be provided for return.
  • Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories. 
  • Products that have been used/broken/ tampered with will not be exchanged.
  • If the product is declared defective by shazé, the same will be fully refunded for, after the customer had made the choice of not taking a replacement. For prepaid orders same mode of payment will be used to refund the amount. For COD orders, NEFT will be done after receiving the account details of the customer. Shazé will take 10-14 working days to process the refund.
  • Each defective product will be examined and evaluated by shazé.   • For prepaid order/ COD, refund will be initiated once product will be received back in our warehouse and QC has been passed. Shazé will take 10-14 working days to process the refund.

  • If the value of the product chosen is lower than the originally purchased product, credit note will be given for difference in amount. Credit note can only be used for online purchases.
  • Return pick up will be arranged from our end. But before initiating return request, we should have an email from the customer stating the reason behind returning the product. In case of damaged products the email must contain the damaged product images.
  • Sale & markdown items and accessories are non- refundable. No exchange/ return can happen on discounted/sale items.
  • Gift card purchases are final. Gift cards are not returnable and non- refundable.

Cancellation Policy for online:

  • User shall be entitled to cancel an order of any product, booked on the website, by placing a "Cancel Order" request, by logging a call with company’s customer care centre or sending an e-mail oninfo@shaze.in.
  • Mumbai orders can be cancelled within half an hour of placing the order. Orders from outside Mumbai can be cancelled within an hour of placing the order.
  • The amount paid by the user for the cancelled order will be refunded to the user within 10-14 working days. Amount will be refunded back through the same mode of payment, used by customer for making online payment.

Care Instruction-

Care for Jewellery

  • Store your jewellery in a safe and secure place. Avoid dust, moisture and direct light to ensure your jewellery does not tarnish and discolour.
  • When wearing, simply follow the golden rule “Last On / First Off’. Put jewellery on last so that it is not sprayed with perfumes and hairspray. Take it off first, before your clothing and before going to bed to avoid it being snagged or crushed.
  • Never sleep, bath or swim in your jewellery.  Chains may kink, earring posts may bend.
  • The metal may tarnish and oxidize. This is a natural reaction to chemicals in the atmosphere, heat and the body oils of the wearer. Discoloration can usually be removed by careful use of a good quality jewellery cleaning cloth.
  • Contact with perfume, hairspray, chlorinated or salt water or household cleaning products should always be avoided.
  • Be gentle with earring posts, clasps etc as they can bend or break under excessive force. Gemstones can also scratch, crack or chip if dropped.

Care for Silverware/Décor

  • Do not use fine silver to serve food containing egg or mayonnaise. Since such foods can tarnish silver, use glass bowls, or liners that may have accompanied such silver pieces. Salt is also harmful for silver leading to black spots. Rinse your silver products well after contact with eggs, peas, sprouts etc. as certain food contain mild acids.
  • Always remove salt and pepper from shakers to prevent pitting and corrosion while in storage. Most good salt pots are either plastic lined or are tinned inside.
  • DO NOT wash your sterling or silver plate in the dishwasher!
  • Use lukewarm water soapy water to clean the products, make sure not to use a lemon based detergent, as it can spot the silver.  Dry silver thoroughly using a 100% cotton cloth or tiny water spots may eventually turn into black spots which are very hard or impossible to polish off by hand.
  • Do not use Brillo pads, steel wool, or other abrasive materials that will scratch silver surfaces.  Even tissue paper can scratch newly plated or polished silver if handled improperly. Use only a soft chamois cloth.
  • For decorative products that are lacquered, a frequent mild dusting with a soft cloth should suffice to maintain tarnish free surface for a long time.
  • Sulphur present in atmosphere can tarnish silver products. Regular use of silver products will help break that sulphide film on the surface.
  • Occasionally, because of the porous nature of old silver plate, small white spots may appear on silver just after it has been replated. These spots are never present when we wrap and ship an item, but they can appear days or weeks after plating as the base metal dries out.  DO NOT rub the white spots with the tissue that the piece is wrapped in, use ordinary a soft cloth to remove them.
  • Using dips to clean silver, in order to accentuate the details of a given piece, can remove the oxidation or darkness from the ornate areas which is supposed to be there.  Dips can also remove large amounts of silver from plated items so be very careful when using it. Heavily tarnished pieces can be cleaned with foam or liquid paste silver polishes.
  • Once clean and dry, wrap silver items in silver cloth for storage. You can also store wrapped silver items in airtight plastic bags.  The silver can be wrapped in plain cloth or silver cloth when stored in airtight bags.  Use silver bags for flatware.
  • NEVER store unwrapped silver in plastic bags or wrap and make sure that rubber bands do not come in contact with the silver.  Since these are petroleum based products, they break down over time and stain the silver.  In fact, rubber bands can leave black imprints almost immediately!
  • When the silver kept on display starts to tarnish, the first stage is a gold-like tarnish which wipes away quite easily with a polishing cloth, or a pair of polishing gloves.
  • To remove built up silver polish from the crevices of ornate silver pieces, use a horsehair brush. Do not use a toothbrush as the plastic bristles will scratch the silver.
  • Use only recommended silver polishing solutions to maintain the shine of the products.
  • Any Damage to the outer surface of the product might lead to tarnishing of the product hence the products must be handled with utmost care.

Care instructions for scarves-

  • Hand was your scarf in cold water only
  • Do not bleach the scarf
  • Do not iron the scarf
  • Wash light colored scarves separately

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUNGLASSES

  • Always carry your sunglasses in a sturdy case when you’re not wearing them
  • Never put them face down on a surface. Scratches can ruin your lenses.
  • Its best to avoid wearing your sunglasses on your head as it can distort the shape.
  • Tighten screws gently with a small screwdriver to prevent your sunglasses from fallings off.
  • Never wipe your lenses when they’re dry. Don’t use paper towels or other rough materials on them.

Care instructions for Watch:

  • Avoid strong shocks such as dropping on hard surfaces. Strong shocks can damage the instruments.
  • Never insert/wash a water resistant watch in water while the crown is pulled out. Do not turn or pull out the crown when the watch is wet.
  • Even if a watch is water resistant, avoid placing it directly under running water from a faucet. The water pressure from a faucet is sufficient to result in moisture penetration inside the watch. Wash it in still water in a sink or container
  • The water resistance of a watch is not permanently guaranteed. It is affected by the ageing of gaskets or deformation of watch parts due to an accidental shock. We recommend that you have the water resistance of the watch checked regularly to ensure its full functionality.
  • To preserve its water resistance as long as possible, wipe off moisture, sweat or dirt with a soft, dry cloth after removing it from the wrist.
  • After using a water resistant watch in sea water, wash it in fresh water and dry it with a soft cloth.
  • Do not wear the watch while taking a bath or sauna. Steam, soap or some components of a hot spring may accelerate the deterioration of water resistance performance.
  • The function of the watch is affected by extreme temperature and by extreme changes in temperature. Since operational temperature ranges differ for each caliber, please refer to the instruction for your watch caliber.
  • Do not use solvents or chemicals like benzine, thinner, bleach for cleaning a watch. This may cause a chemical reaction and result in deterioration of the watch or a change in the color of the case, band or strap.
  • Turn the crown from time to time in order to prevent corrosion of the crown and maintain the flexibility of the gasket.
  • For a screw-in crown, screw down the crown carefully to prevent penetration of moisture inside the movement.
  • Wipe off moisture, sweat or dirt with a soft cloth after removing it from the wrist to increase the durability of the case back, gaskets and band.
