Return & Refund Policy

  • 30-day warranty on any fashion jewellery
  • 6-months warranty on our accessories like cufflinks, scarves, sunglasses, walking sticks and shoe horns.
  • 2-year warranty for watches
After warranty period any service or repair will be chargeable.

If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, shazé offers a return and refund option for a memorable shopping experience.
  • shazé offers 14-day return policy for stores & online across all categories.
  • Return request can be initiated by sending an email on  info@shaze.in or call at 1800 -10 -222 -91 (Mon – Fri   10:00am to 6:30pm) or +91 9833307070 (24X7).
  • To avail a return, customer must provide original bill/ e-bill. Returns to have receipt or packaging slip.
  • Items must be returned in the original condition as were received with all the accompanying accessories. 
  • Each returned product will be examined and evaluated by shazé.
  • Depending on the circumstances, the product may be repaired, replaced with the same product, or substituted with a product of equal/ comparable value. For replacement, there is no guarantee that the exact same product or design will be provided.
  • Before initiating return request, we should have an email from the customer stating the reason behind returning the product. In case of damaged products, the email must contain the damaged product images.
  • Refund is not available for retail stores. For exchange please ensure the product value is same or higher. No refund will be made if the value of the product chosen is lower than the originally purchased product from the stores.
  • For online prepaid order/ COD, refund will be initiated once product is received back in our warehouse and QC has been passed. shazé will take 10-14 working days to process the refund.
  • Gifts with purchase, free or discounted items received as promotional gifts with purchase must be returned along with the qualifying item in original condition.
  • If the gifts/ free products that are being returned have been used, their value will be deducted from the value of the product replaced.
  • Gift card purchases are final. Gift cards are not returnable and non- refundable.
  • Sale & markdown items and accessories are non- refundable.
Acceptance of any return is at the sole discretion of shazé luxury retail pvt. ltd.
shazé encourages you to purchase the exact product that asserts your fine choice and affirms your appreciation for the different. So, if you feel that there is a need to change, shazé provides you with an exchange option.
  • For retail stores, no cash will be given in exchange of the product; the customer can choose the replacement product from the products available at the store at the time of return of similar or higher value.
  • Products that have been used/broken/tampered with will not be exchanged.
  • If the value of the product chosen is higher than the originally purchased product the balance will have to be paid by the customer.
  • No exchange/ return can happen on sale/ discounted products.

shazé products are designed and crafted with utmost precision for a premium purchase. shazé ensures quality for every product and an exclusive idea for each design. In spite of these, if you wish to cancel your order, kindly follow the rules of cancellation.
  • User shall be entitled to cancel an order of any product booked on the website by logging a call with company’s customer care centre at 1800-10-222-91 (Monday to Friday 10am to 6:30pm) or 9833307070 (24X7) or sending an e-mail to info@shaze.in.
  • The amount paid by the user for the cancelled order will be refunded to the user within 10-14 working days. Amount will be refunded back through the same mode of payment used by the customer for making online payment. In case of COD orders, NEFT will be done.
The management holds the right to change the above mentioned terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
