    At shazé, we strive to provide a world-class and luxurious buying experience to our dis-cerning clientele. However, if for some unforeseen reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a ‘no questions asked’ return policy:

    • A return/replacement request can be raised by the customer within 30 days from the date of purchase. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed on your order in accordance with our Refund Policy.
    • A return request can be initiated by Logging into your shazé account to select item(s) to return from the relevant order in the My Order page. Click the “Return” option enabled against the order delivered to open the ‘Returns’ Form. Select one or more items you want to return along with other relevant details in the Return Form and submit it. You can only return items from your order after receiving them.
    • To initiate a return/replacement at our shazé stores, please provide the original bill.
    • Items must be returned in the original condition as they were received with all the accompanying accessories and in its original packaging. All tags, barcodes and labels must be intact. Items with broken/ torn tags shall not be taken back.
    • Each returned product would be examined and evaluated by shazé. Depending on the circumstances, the product may be repaired, replaced with the same product, or substituted with a product of equal/ comparable value. Exact same product replacement is subject to availability.
    • e-Gift card purchases are non- refundable.
    • If any gifts/ free products received with a product being retained, its value will be deducted from the total bill of the product replaced.
    • Acceptance of any return is at the sole discretion of shazé luxury retail private ltd.
  • refund policy

    • After the refund has been initiated by us as per our Returns Policy, the amount is expected to reflect in your account within 7 to 10 working days’ post refund initiation, depending on your banking partner. The amount will be refunded through the same mode of payment as used by you for making the online payment.
    • In the case of cash on delivery, the default refund mode will be through shazénium points. In case you want to opt out of the points, you can raise a refund request. Kindly furnish your bank account details for online credit of funds.
    • Please note that sale & markdown items and accessories are non- refundable.

Exchange and Cancellation Policy

  • Exchange (Only for Store purchases)

    If in any case you are unsatisfied with our products and wish to exchange them, we request you to kindly read the terms below before proceeding.

    • We do not offer refunds in exchange for products bought from our retail stores. We request you to choose a replacement product from the products available at the store at the time of return of similar or higher value.
    • Any products that have been used/broken/tampered with will not be exchanged. Items with broken/torn tags, barcodes and labels shall not be exchanged.
    • If the value of the product chosen is higher than the originally purchased product the balance will have to be paid by the customer.
    • Strictly no exchange/ return is accepted on sale/ discounted products and online orders.
  • Cancellation Policy for Online Purchase

    • You can cancel an order of any product booked on the website by logging into your Shazé account and select item(s) to cancel from the relevant order in the Orders list-ing page. Click the “Cancel” option against the order you placed to open the ‘Can-cellation’ Form. Select an item if you want to cancel and submit the form. You can only cancel the order before it is shipped out. Exchange is not applicable to orders placed online.
    • Please note that orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • WARRANTY

    All shazé products come with a warranty under which any repairs required due to defects will be replaced within the warranty period stated in our policy. This period ensures that you are entirely satisfied with your post-purchase experience. Any replacement/refund will be initiated if a quality check conducted by our experts confirms the defect. The refund against the value of the said item shall be credited in shazénium points only.

    All shazé products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of original purchase. If any defect arises during the Warranty Period, shazé, will
    a) exchange the Product with an equivalent new product or
    b) refund the original purchase price in shazénium points

    This warranty excludes normal wear tear of a product, abuse, accident, modifications, un-authorised repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. Please handle your shazé purchase with care. Avoid contact with perfume, chemicals, moisture and excessive temperature changes. Resin and other material may get damaged or stones may get dislodged if force is applied or the piece falls on a hard surface. Returns will be not be accepted if any of the aforementioned occurs. shazé does not undertake any repairs and reserves the right to decline to do so. The management holds the right to change the above-mentioned terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
