Mode of Payment
We accept only Prepaid Orders for International Deliveries. Payments are accepted through Razor Pay gateway either by Razor Pay account or International Credit/Debit Card or Any Card issued in India.
Our Shipping Partners
We have partnered with trusted International Shipping Partners like UPS, DHL & FedEx.
Our delivery time is 2-3 weeks after the products have been dispatched from our warehouse. We will share a confirmation email with you at the time of dispatch. You will receive the confirmation from the delivery partner once products reach the desired destination. The delivery time may slightly vary during the Christmas holidays and other national holidays based on destination country.
Track Your Package
Once the order is dispatched, the confirmation email will have the tracking id of the package along with a tracking link for easy monitoring.
Missing or Lost Package
In case of missing or lost package in transit, Shaze.in will provide the replacement of the products.
Shipping charges will vary according to the gross shipment weight and the destination country. You can view the shipping charges once you select the product and destination during the purchase. All products are dispatched on Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, so import duty or local taxes and charges levied in the destination country will have to be borne by the recipient of the order. If you are presented with an invoice from UPS / DHL / FEDEX for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay UPS / DHL / FEDEX directly at the time of delivery. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible we have arranged UPS / DHL / FedEx to custom clear your goods and deliver them to your doorstep.
Return and Exchange Policy
We do not offer return and exchange on International Shipments.
Non-Availability On Delivery
The Delivery partner will attempt two to three times before returning the package to their hub. In case of non-delivery up to three times, it is suggested to connect with the local courier office of the logistics service provider for prompt delivery. We do not have a return or exchange policy for international delivery. Kindly provide us with your accurate and complete address with proper zip code and your active phone number, so that we can reach you faster.
