    At Shaze, our clients’ satisfaction is cardinal and we make the utmost effort to ensure that every experience is seamless. We’re dedicated to giving you a moment to shine with each of our designs. To ensure this, our Unconditional Exchange allows you to exchange any product you have previously purchased with us, at any point in time. We understand that every client’s requisite is unique, thus treat each request on a case to case basis. We either exchange, return or revive the product to its former glory, basis the care the product demands.

    When dealing with all our clients, our belief stems from being reasonable and fair. We trust that in being fair to our clients, they in return will be the same.

    • Which are the products that can be exchanged, returned or refurbished?

      Your satisfaction matters. With us you can have any Shaze product or item exchanged. Every exchange made, is dealt with on a case to case basis where we either exchange, return or revive the product to its former glory, basis the care the product demands.

    • Do I need a receipt when returning or exchanging a product?

      If you are a registered customer you need not produce a receipt at the time of the return or exchange. In case of non-registered customers, producing a receipt is required. We suggest creating an account with us, as we will be able to track your orders and process your requisites seamlessly.

    • In case of a refund, how does the amount get credited?

      If your payment has been made via a Debit or Credit Card, the amount will be refunded and will reflect in the account linked to the same card. In case of a payment that has happened over the counter or via COD, the amount will be credited to your Shaze account. You will be able to redeem your Shaze points either at the store or when making a purchase via the website.

    • Is there a time limit to exchange, return or refurbish a product?

      There is no restriction on when you can request for an exchange or return.

    • Can I exchange the product if it is damaged?

      Every Shaze product you purchase can be exchanged in case of any kind of damage. You can either visit the store or request for a pick-up by connecting with us on +919833307070.     • What if I change my mind about the product?

      In a situation where you find a preference for another Shaze product, instead of the already purchased one, you can visit the store and request for an exchange. Every exchange made, is dealt with on a case to case basis.
