What are the shipping charges?
 

Shipping is free for all national deliveries. For international deliveries we charge a conveyance fee.

What is the difference between billing address and shipping address?
 

Billing address is the contact details of the purchaser where he is located while the shipping address is where the purchaser wants the shipment to reach. Both these addresses can be similar or different depending on the purchaser.

How can I get my purchase refunded? / How can I cancel my order?
 

Refund is not available for retail stores. For exchange please ensure the product value is same or higher. No refund will be made if the value of the product chosen is lower than the originally purchased product from the stores. For online prepaid order/ COD, refund will be initiated once product is received back in our warehouse and QC has been passed. shazé will take 10-14 working days to process the refund.
